Everything was packaged great and shipped fast. The only issue was I ordered a set booster box and a draft booster box with the 4 commander decks. They sent me 2 draft booster boxes and 0 set booster boxes. Since it was for my brothers birthday I didnt have time to deal with trying to mail the item back and correct my order and just gifted the 2 draft boxes. Not a massive issue, but a bit disappointing. EDIT: I actually used their website wrong on my end! They sent me screen shots and showed the order went through as 2 draft. Not sure how I messed it up, but it was my fault. The store handled the situation super professionally with me and promised to look into it right away after my review. They were prompt, Courtious, and had mentioned they were even prepared to fix the issue had it been on their end. I left my original review and this clarification because I think it speaks to the stores excellent customer service that they looked into my complaint quickly and handled it perfectly imo. Would 100% recommend this store. Just double check your cart before checking out so you dont make a mistake like me :p

There was a problem with my last package other than that everything else has always came in on time and without issues..(updated 7/12/25) like always they were faster to help with any and all problems than anyone else. Ordered a couple more things and everything came in as if it was teleported to me… really appreciate all there fast and helpful support…looking forward to the black and white boxes I pre ordered.👍(p.s. they offered to send me a new box but I gambled on the packs I had.. 🎰 but that chase always gets you)

This place was amazing! It had tons of various packs even including one that go all the way back to wizards of the coast! I couldn’t tell you a better Pokemon/Card shop than Collectors LLC. By the way they have massive events. 10/10

Ordered online and had a great experience. I messed up and left the apartment number off and they tried to assist in fixing that but the post office was unable to assist either of us and so we had to wait for it to return to collector store first. During that time, the rep I was speaking with was awesome, stayed positive through the whole experience and assured me that my mtg final fantasy items would not go back to stock and that he personally flagged it to go back out once they arrive. He let me know there would not be any sort of upcharge but did need to charge a flat rate shipping amount which was super reasonable as he was then able to take my three separate orders and combine them to help keep the shipping cheaper. Collector Store repacked it all together nicely and I was super happy. Thanks guys!

I Didn't have great luck on my pulls this time, but everything was packaged great so there was damage to any of the boxes shipped to me. I thought the pricing was really good for the One Piece TCG stuff that I ordered. I will definitely be purchasing from you all in the future, as long as I can beat out those dang scalpers to the checkout!!

Got my shipment in! It was nicely packed so no damages happened to it. It was not too bad for waiting either to come in. It’s been very hard trying to get any pokemon cards glad we found this place to be able to ship them to us!

first off best card shop in the area! as hard as it is to find a card shop that gives good deals and credit, this is the one! they treat everyone with respect, super friendly, and very helpful! the guys there make my day and i find myself talking about cards to them and they actually acknowledge me. they have very good percentage for credit and cash. this is my forever card shop now and i highly recommend it!!
