PREORDER POLICY
Preorders are orders for products that have not released yet. Usually will have *RELEASES xx/yy/zzzz* at the end of the product title. What this means is that the product is not yet in the store and you are reserving that product that will be shipped a whenever Collector Store LLC gets that product.
If you would place any Non-Preorder product in the same order as a Preorder product, NONE of those products will be shipped until the Preorder product comes in. On that note, if you place an order with multiple Preorder product, then that order will not be shipped until the last Preorder product comes in.
You may cancel your preorder at anytime but you are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
ONLINE RETURN / REFUND POLICY
The Collector Store LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We can accept returns but must be notified within 15 days from purchase date.
All returns must be in the original, factory sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received.
Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
20% Restocking fee applies on refunds, Waived on Exchanges

DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP
Please hold on to the box it was packed in and we will exchange the damaged items
EXCHANGES
We will be happy to waive the restocking fee on EXCHANGES
Please notify us within 15 days from purchase date
SEASONAL MERCHANDISE
Seasonal items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
You cannot return Christmas Ornaments, Nativity Figurines, Christmas Figurines after Christmas
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If any item is cancelled after payment has been processed, or if any shipment is refused, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer.
PRESELLS / PREORDERS
Pre Orders are charged when the order is placed.
Pre-Sells cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.
Pre-Sells are non returnable.
US MILITARY ORDERS
The Collector Store supports all of our Military overseas. We can ship to APO / FPO addresses. Overseas shipping charges can be very expensive if you are buying big and bulky items. We cannot offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, but please let us know you are currently serving and we will make every effort to reduce your shipping charges on orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Collector Store currently ships to Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Russia, Switzerland, & United Kingdom we ship via USPS 1st class mail or USPS Priority Mail. If your country is not listed please contact us to see about us adding your country. We do not ship Magic the Gathering or Yugioh Products outside the USA. We do not undervalue items on the customs forms. We do not know how the duties and taxes work with your country. We do not offer FREE SHIPPING on International Orders.
