Got my shipment in! It was nicely packed so no damages happened to it. It was not too bad for waiting either to come in. It’s been very hard trying to get any pokemon cards glad we found this place to be able to ship them to us!

I ordered a pre-release item and it was exactly as described, shipped quick, and the price was great in my opinion. Will definitely be doing more business with the store in the future.

This store had a hard-to-find product that had been eluding me for a while, and they had it at a great price. When it arrived, there was a mistake with my order—they'd shipped the wrong color. My complaint was addressed within just one hour by an apologetic customer service rep. They immediately provided a solution that quickly got the product I'd ordered to me and made it easy for me to send back the wrong one. Mistakes happen, but this business cared enough to make it right ASAP, and that rocks. Thanks again!

Can't say enough nice about this store. They actually let me change an order after I placed it (many other game stores are stubborn about this or charge fees to cancel or change orders). They double box, package carefully, are responsive on customer service and frequently have good deals. I've done multiple orders here and will definitely be back!
