This store had a hard-to-find product that had been eluding me for a while, and they had it at a great price. When it arrived, there was a mistake with my order—they'd shipped the wrong color. My complaint was addressed within just one hour by an apologetic customer service rep. They immediately provided a solution that quickly got the product I'd ordered to me and made it easy for me to send back the wrong one. Mistakes happen, but this business cared enough to make it right ASAP, and that rocks. Thanks again!

I ordered 10 boxes of prizm and only received 9. No response from the store. This was an honest mistake and was taken care of very quickly once I was actually able to teach them!

I ordered the duskmorne precon set and 2 pre release packs from this store/seller and the experience was amazing. 10/10. The items were on sale and a good price, the shipping was fast and it got delivered faster than it was expected which is always nice. The packaging was excellent, very safe and secure. The precons came in the original wizards of the coast sealed with nothing tampered same as the prerelease boxes. From this experience, I give this store an A+ and I will be shopping here again in the future for my MTG products. I happily recommend them for anyone who wants to get good deals and great quality products/service!

Can't say enough nice about this store. They actually let me change an order after I placed it (many other game stores are stubborn about this or charge fees to cancel or change orders). They double box, package carefully, are responsive on customer service and frequently have good deals. I've done multiple orders here and will definitely be back!

I've have been having difficulty the past couple months tracking down the newest card series. I was pleased to find that The Collector Store LLC had each series that I'd been trying to hunt down.
