This place was amazing! It had tons of various packs even including one that go all the way back to wizards of the coast! I couldn’t tell you a better Pokemon/Card shop than Collectors LLC. By the way they have massive events. 10/10

first off best card shop in the area! as hard as it is to find a card shop that gives good deals and credit, this is the one! they treat everyone with respect, super friendly, and very helpful! the guys there make my day and i find myself talking about cards to them and they actually acknowledge me. they have very good percentage for credit and cash. this is my forever card shop now and i highly recommend it!!

Got my shipment in! It was nicely packed so no damages happened to it. It was not too bad for waiting either to come in. It’s been very hard trying to get any pokemon cards glad we found this place to be able to ship them to us!

Ordered online and had a great experience. I messed up and left the apartment number off and they tried to assist in fixing that but the post office was unable to assist either of us and so we had to wait for it to return to collector store first. During that time, the rep I was speaking with was awesome, stayed positive through the whole experience and assured me that my mtg final fantasy items would not go back to stock and that he personally flagged it to go back out once they arrive. He let me know there would not be any sort of upcharge but did need to charge a flat rate shipping amount which was super reasonable as he was then able to take my three separate orders and combine them to help keep the shipping cheaper. Collector Store repacked it all together nicely and I was super happy. Thanks guys!

My experience with this store was amazing! I ordered 5 Funko Pops, and one of which was out of stock by the time my order was packed (which was the next morning) and I got an email from them right away informing me of that along with a refund for the item. My order was shipped quickly. I placed my ordered late Saturday night and it was shipped by that Monday! I received it within the same week. All 4 Funkos that were delivered were in protectors and the box was filled with packing peanuts. It was a great experience, will definitely shop with them again!

This store had a hard-to-find product that had been eluding me for a while, and they had it at a great price. When it arrived, there was a mistake with my order—they'd shipped the wrong color. My complaint was addressed within just one hour by an apologetic customer service rep. They immediately provided a solution that quickly got the product I'd ordered to me and made it easy for me to send back the wrong one. Mistakes happen, but this business cared enough to make it right ASAP, and that rocks. Thanks again!

At first I was skeptical. I made a purchase and shipping was free. Estimated 7-10 days but I received my order in 4 days. Exceptional service and packaging. Some prices are market but there are some sale items under retail. I will be a return customer.

I ordered 10 boxes of prizm and only received 9. No response from the store. This was an honest mistake and was taken care of very quickly once I was actually able to teach them!
