I purchased a box of Magic draft boosters which was badly damaged by USPS in delivery. I let Collector Store know via email and they responded immediately, and then sent a brand new replacement via 2-day shipping (which was more than I even asked for). Very impressed!

Great place to deal with. Order got sent the scenic route with the mail, but the people there were easy to deal with and they sent a replacement. I refused delivery when the original finally decided to show up. Great selection and great prices!!!

Can't say enough nice about this store. They actually let me change an order after I placed it (many other game stores are stubborn about this or charge fees to cancel or change orders). They double box, package carefully, are responsive on customer service and frequently have good deals. I've done multiple orders here and will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service, computer error had my order listed as shipped when it had not. When they realized they two day shipped me my items. Will definitely buy from again
