Regarding COVID-19

A note to our customers regarding COVID-19

To help slow the spread of the virus, and in compliance with state and local stay at home orders, we have closed our storefront and gaming area and are currently only taking online and curbside pickup orders. We are still open for business, but until further notice, we cannot allow walk-in customers and we are not hosting in store events. Customers wanting to make a purchase are encouraged to call our store or place an order through our website.

Due to these circumstances, we are also currently dealing with temporary shortages of certain items, mostly storage boxes and supplies. Customers may place orders, but will be promptly notified if an item on their order is out of stock. We will do our best to fulfill orders or offer substitutions or refunds.

Orders will still be processed within one business day of placement. As arrival times are based on carrier estimates, we cannot offer a guarantee on when a package will arrive. We would encourage customers to consult the USPS, UPS, and FedEx websites for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.
