Premium Cards ($30 and up): Offers range from 55% to 70%
$11 - $29 Range: Offers are around 50%
$3 - $10 Range: Offers range from 33% to 45%
Bulk Cards ($3 and under): Offers for bulk vary by game (see below for more information)
